Senior Contracts Manager – Cambridge – £85,000

Fairmead are recruiting a Senior Contracts Manager on behalf of a regional main contractor delivering projects across Cambridge and the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established contractor with a strong pipeline of work, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre‑construction through to handover.

Responsibilities

• Full commercial and operational responsibility for projects
• Managing programmes, budgets, quality and health & safety
• Leading site teams, subcontractors and the supply chain
• Managing client relationships and acting as the key point of contact
• Supporting projects from pre‑construction through to completion

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor
• Site Managers looking to step up will also be considered
• Experience delivering new build and/or refurbishment projects
• Strong commercial and operational awareness
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Able to be on site in Cambridge as required
