Independent GBV Advocate for Black Femme Survivors

HERSANA CIC in London is seeking an Independent Gender-based Violence Advocate to provide tailored advocacy support to Black femmes facing gender-based violence. The role involves crisis intervention, client needs assessments, and contributing to training and outreach activities.

The ideal candidate should possess ISVA and/or IDVA accreditation, understand the impact of gender-based violence, and have strong risk management skills. The position is full-time with 35 working hours per week and includes benefits such as 25 days holiday and pension contributions.
