Field Service Engineer (Fantastic Training)
Hourly compensation: £30,000 – £37,000 (£45,000+ OTE) with internal and external training, door to door pay, premium overtime, brand new company van, Christmas bonus, death in service benefits, 25 days holiday.
Field based around Birmingham, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Telford, Cannock, Stafford, Redditch, Droitwich Spa, Kidderminster, Tamworth and surrounding areas.

This company is a manufacturer and service provider within the water industry. Having established themselves as industry leaders for over 40 years they are expanding into exciting new industries.
On offer is a highly specialised role with fantastic training, where you will be field based across the region, with occasional stays away further afield. You will carry out service and maintenance to a wide range of equipment, including pump and water systems, as well as diagnostics and optimisations of PLC controls.
The Role:
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours (additional is paid at 1.5x)
- Field based role in region, with occasional pre-planned stays away
- Callout – 1 in 4 weeks
- Working on pump and water systems, as well as PLC controls and more
The Person:
- Mechanical background
- Pump experience is beneficial but not required
- Looking for a long-term career opportunity
- Full UK Driver’s license
