You are:

• 1-5 years of professional experience
• A strong Product Engineer or Full Stack Engineer with strong commercial software development experience
• Passionate about building products that solve real customer problems
• Able to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous start-up environments
• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with users, stakeholders, and non-technical teams
• Motivated by ownership, responsibility, and the opportunity to shape both product and engineering culture
• Previous experience within high-growth start-ups or venture-backed technology companies
• Experience building AI-enabled products or working closely with AI technologies
