Strategic People Partner (EMEA) – Hybrid, 6-Month Contract

FirstMile Ventures is hiring a Regional Business Partner (EMEA) for a 6-month hybrid contract. This role involves supporting senior leaders with strategic partnering, change management, and decision-making based on people insights.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in People Operations and must be adept at influencing stakeholders and navigating complex employee relations issues. A salary range of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum is offered, alongside excellent benefits.
