Overview
We are looking for a Service Manager to proactively manage the Service team at Doncaster.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager and ensure customers’ vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest possible standards.
- Manage the Service team, overseeing daily operations and maintaining high service quality.
- Provide product knowledge and ensure staff have necessary technical understanding.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Service Manager or Leadership role within the motor trade.
- Strong product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
