Senior Employee Relations Partner — Union & ER Expert

Huntress is seeking an Employee Relations Partner based in Ashford, Kent, on an initial six-month contract. This role involves advising on a broad range of Employee Relations cases and providing HR expertise to managers to foster a positive workplace culture.
