About the role

CIS London & Partners LLP is seeking a bilingual Legal Associate to join our specialist team. Working closely with senior lawyers, you will contribute to complex cross-border legal projects and, as you develop within the team, have the opportunity to build direct client relationships over time.

What we’re looking for

• Law degree in Russian law (mandatory)
• UK qualification (LLM / GDL / LPC) from a recognised institution (a strong advantage)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience at an international or reputable law firm
• Experience in private client work (an advantage)
• Fluency in Russian and English – oral and written – to a professional standard
• Strong drafting, research, and project management skills
• High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
