ALL SAINTS in Houghton Regis is seeking a talented individual for the Head of Next Steps role. This position manages all aspects of examinations within the Academy and supports students in their work experience placements.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong administrative skills, computer literacy, and the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively. They should be organised and articulate, with a calm and tactful approach.

The role involves working term time only, with a salary ranging from £30,773 to £32,497 per annum.
