Job Description:
Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to join an international manufacturer based in Matlock, Derbyshire. This role offers a competitive salary of £43,000 – £44,000 with bonuses and excellent company benefits.
The ideal candidate will have production experience within a Smelting, Forging, or Hot Metal environment and a desire to progress into a leadership position. Working a 2 days / 2 nights / 4 off shift pattern, you will also enjoy 18 days off after every 7 rotations.
