Senior Site Manager – Heritage & Listed Buildings

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Lead Site Manager for a heritage project in Hampshire. With a focus on both refurbishment and new build elements, the candidate will take full responsibility for site delivery while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and listed building constraints.

The ideal individual will have proven experience managing projects worth between £1m and £10m, alongside strong organisational and leadership skills. A competitive salary of £55,000 – £65,000, car allowance, and pension scheme are offered.
