About The Role

As a Senior Research Manager within the Education team, you’ll be taking the lead on a number of high profile studies, working on large scale surveys for government clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing complex questionnaires and topic guides
  • Analysing quantitative and qualitative data to produce insightful, in-depth and publishable reports
  • Running multiple projects through planning, prioritisation and communication
  • Applying advanced data manipulation techniques, including weighting and sampling

Whilst at this agency Senior Research Managers are normally mixed method researchers, in this case they’re looking for someone with more of a quantitative focus.

About You

We’re looking for someone with the following profile:

  • Significant experience working in market research in the education sector in the UK – ideally within a social research agency environment
  • Someone used to juggling multiple projects with varying timelines
  • Strong quantitative research skillset and strong technical skills in statistical software (SPSS, R or similar)
  • Some evaluation experience would be appreciated but if not, a willingness to learn
  • Clear communication skills
