Regional Facilities Manager

Job Overview

• Regional Facilities Manager – London and South England
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Main Duties

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of 100 stores based in London and South England.
• Primary point of contact for escalations from the client’s representative in the assigned region.
• Duties include managing reactive repairs to completion within assigned SLA’s, ensuring WIP is within targets.
• Ensuring the that all planned preventative maintenance is completed to schedule.
• Undertaking store condition surveys, identifying areas for remedial works, and auditing completed works.
• Managing capital projects up to £50k in value
• Undertaking performance reviews of contractors assigned to the account.

What we are looking for

• An experienced Facilities Manager with experience of working in retail or catering environments.
• Must be willing to travel across a large geographical region.
• Self reliant and motivated to succeed, with minimal supervision.
• Technically competent to manage work on catering equipment, HVAC, Electrical and Building Fabric
• CAFM experience – the ability to download and analyse data
• Member of IWFM or equivalent experience
• 5 years experience in a similar role
