Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum + Uncapped Performance Bonus

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing London team.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying top talent, supporting recruitment campaigns, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.

Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate conversations.

Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Advertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms.

Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and CRM systems.

Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Assist with talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.

Deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Confident using online platforms and Microsoft Office.

Positive, proactive, and target-driven attitude.

Ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues.

Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, administration, or recruitment experience is advantageous.

No recruitment experience required – full training provided.
