Eames is currently working with a Global insurance broker on the appointment of a Strategy Manager. The Strategy Manager will support strategic initiatives across our client’s specialty insurance business, helping shape growth plans, coordinating projects, and working with teams across different regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of strategic growth initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage projects, timelines, and priorities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and help deliver innovative solutions.
- Create and support knowledge-sharing resources, training materials, and business tools.
- Assist with market development activities and strategic projects.
About You
It’s essential you have previous insurance industry experience, with management consultancy experience in combination being particularly advantageous. You will also have previous experience in consulting, strategy, or project management roles, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
