How you’ll make an impact:
- build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and their trading desks in the UK as well as large global brands with German media activity
- proactively identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and analysing industry trends
- work closely with the Programmatic Business Team, Sales and Marketing to develop data‑driven advertising solutions
- coordinate and execute customer presentations and sales meetings to support successful campaigns
- negotiated and close programmatic deals while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the publisher
- use SSPs, internal reporting and CRM tools to monitor deal performance, identify optimisation opportunities and support day‑to‑day account management
- provide regular sales updates to the Head of Sales and travel to Germany and other relevant markets
What you’ll need:
- a completed degree in marketing, business administration or a comparable field
- experience in advertising gained on the agency, ad‑tech or publisher side and a knowledge of programmatic basics
- ideally have existing client and agency contacts in London’s international media industry
- confidence in using CRM systems and other sales tools, as well as a knowledge of or interest in digital advertising platforms
- strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders
- a self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented working style
- fluent English skills and ideally German language skills at B1/B2 level
