To assist the Centre Manager in managing the daily operation of the facilities and the organisation of activities. Ensure attendance at weekly and monthly site sales meetings for feedback, direction and training. To monitor Pool Plant and equipment in liaison with the technical team and take any corrective action to meet the swimming pool and facilities environmental standards. Close or open the department when on the relevant shift, in accordance with departmental Opening Procedures. At least two years’ experience of working in a customer service environment.
