Our cleaning company is looking for experienced Property Handover Cleaners to join our team for end-of-tenancy cleaning work.
This role involves preparing residential properties for tenant handovers through detailed deep cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
Deep cleaning vacant rental properties
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and internal areas
Treating limescale, mould, and stubborn dirt build-up
Cleaning windows, floors, skirting boards, and surfaces
Ensuring homes are inspection-ready
Work Schedule
Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours
Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities
Jobs are offered as they become available in your area
Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours
Pay & Benefits
£15 per hour
£18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies
Paid travel time where applicable
Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)
Previous professional cleaning experience
Comfortable working independently and managing workload
Own transport and cleaning products essential
Strong eye for detail
Good English communication skills
