The Best Connection Group Ltd are recruiting for a Site Manager on behalf of our client based in Knowsley!
The job includes the following:
- Lead and oversee all daily site operations, including the wash plant, yard, crushing, screening, stockpiling, and loading activities.
- Coordinate production activities to maximise efficiency, maintain material flow, and achieve output targets.
- Manage site personnel, ensuring teams are trained, supported, and effectively allocated across operations.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and Environmental compliance, and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor plant, equipment, and vehicle performance, ensuring maintenance schedules are followed and downtime is minimised.
- Ensure product quality standards are met through regular inspections and effective operational control.
- Produce operational reports, lead site meetings, and communicate performance, risks, and improvements to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance site performance.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in an industrial environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00-17:00 & Saturday, 07:00-12:00.
