Join our team as a Senior Project Manager in our Program and Advisory business unit and play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high‑profile projects that shape critical infrastructure across water, energy, transportation, and major development sectors. This is an opportunity to make a real impact—leading multidisciplinary teams, strengthening client relationships, and driving innovation in project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
  • Own client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and helping grow our business through exceptional service and strategic insight.
  • Apply technical expertise in engineering environments and NEC3/4 frameworks to deliver complex projects with confidence and compliance.
  • Contribute to planning and design phases, shaping solutions that meet client objectives and set new benchmarks for quality and sustainability.
  • Support bids, proposals and business development initiatives, driving future opportunities for the team.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience in an engineering environment (water, energy, transportation or major infrastructure sectors).
  • Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • NEC Accreditation and/or experience with NEC3/4 framework.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire to take ownership of client relationships and contribute to business growth.

Location

Roles across the UK, including London, Reading and Birmingham. Hybrid role requiring two days in the office.
