EARC Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Managing end‑to‑end delivery of DT components for corporate real estate projects in collaboration with global and local teams.
- Leading project design, costing, approvals, and implementation aligned with organizational governance processes.
- Coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery of standardized infrastructure solutions.
- Ensuring deployment of Baker Hughes standard infrastructure across all real estate initiatives.
- Creating and maintaining project artefacts and documentation in systems of record such as Clarity.
- Driving Transition‑to‑Operations (TTO) activities in compliance with organizational processes.
- Managing project budgets, tracking costs, and providing accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and overall project governance requirements.
Qualifications
- Hold a PMP certification with proven experience managing infrastructure or enterprise technology projects.
- Have a minimum of 5 years (60 months) of project management experience within the last 8 years.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of project management methodologies including predictive (waterfall), agile, and hybrid approaches.
- Possess experience in managing infrastructure projects involving both passive and active technology components.
- Have solid understanding of passive infrastructure such as cabling, racks, power, and AV fundamentals.
- Bring knowledge of active infrastructure including networking hardware and collaboration technologies.
- Demonstrate expertise in IT rooms/data center requirements such as layout, power systems (UPS), HVAC, fire suppression, and security.
- Exhibit strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
