Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in the South East, with a combination of remote work and on-site responsibilities. The Service Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CCTV, Access control and Security systems across various client sites. Key duties include providing technical support, performing field services, conducting site inspections, and ensuring systems meet compliance and safety standards. The Service Engineer will also provide excellent customer service and communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and safety requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively
- Proficiency in Field Service tasks, including installations and on-site repairs
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair for fire and security systems, ensuring consistent reliability
- Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Capability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant certifications and training in fire and security systems are beneficial
- A valid driver’s license for travel to various client locations
