The purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the Non-Payroll Labour (NPL) function – the NPL function includes all types of contingent workforce (such as Self-Employed Individuals, Personal Service Companies, Contractor companies, Temps etc) as well as another area that is connected but not officially classed as NPL (Casual Workers) In addition, the role drives the development and further implementation of the NPL activity in support of the firm’s business growth plans.
