Responsibilities

Lead commissioning activities across a diverse portfolio, supporting the delivery of strategic priorities by analysing data, insight and evidence to understand current and future demand. Shape the market and redesign services and pathways that meet statutory duties, improve outcomes for residents and carers, and deliver value for money. Work collaboratively with market management, finance, legal and procurement colleagues across the Council. Roles are not portfolio‐specific; your work plan will be driven by the Commissioning Forward Plan and agreed savings targets.
