Our client, a highly regarded and growing wealth management firm based in Alderley Edge, is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Administrator to join their professional and client-focused team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
- Process new business applications across pensions, investments, protection, and savings products.
- Prepare client documentation, reports, illustrations, and meeting packs.
- Liaise with product providers, platforms, and third parties to obtain information and progress cases.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is up to date and compliant.
- Manage client enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor business pipelines and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
- Assist with annual reviews, valuations, and client servicing requirements.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a Wealth Management, Financial Planning, IFA, or Financial Services administration role.
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Experience using industry systems and provider platforms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
