Interim M&A Carve Out Senior Manager

London (with frequent travel to Amsterdam)

The Consultancy Group is currently supporting a Private Equity-backed business headquartered in Amsterdam. We are seeking an experienced M&A Senior Manager with strong pre-deal (sell‑side) carve‑out and project management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage carve‑out projects in preparation for sell‑side transactions.
• Oversee pre‑deal planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across London and Amsterdam.
• Deliver robust project governance and risk management throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in M&A transactions, specifically sell‑side carve‑outs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi‑jurisdictional deals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently between London and Amsterdam.
