This position would suit an experienced hospitality professional currently working in a similar role, who is looking for a fresh challenge within a unique and characterful country setting. What is needed from you as Duty Manager: A minimum of 12 months experience working as a Duty Manager within hospitality – bar or restaurant role Hands on experience with cellar management Willingness to support and cover staff shortages at the additional site when required Experience managing a team, with strong leadership and people-management skills A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service Strong customer service skills A full UK driving licence is essential Ensuring high standards of customer service and guest experience are consistently met and exceeded Handling customer complaints, refunds and negative reviews professionally Developing and managing activity plans to maximise the value of facilities, including identifying and working towards KPIs Monitoring operational costs and stock control and cellar management Contributing to social media activity and content ideas Supporting on-site marketing initiatives to encourage repeat visits Salary: £14 £16 per hour. xkybehq Full-time hours between 11am 11pm, including weekends on a rota basis.
