Description
Senior Client Operations Associate
London (Hybrid) £50,000-£55,000
My client, a growing investment manager, is looking to hire a Senior Client Operations Associate into their central London team.
This is a hands‑on role within a high‑performing Client Services function, supporting a broad client base including advisers, investors and institutions. You will play a key role in overseeing day‑to‑day operations, acting as a first point of escalation, and ensuring work is delivered accurately and to a high standard.
Alongside this, you’ll support and review the work of junior team members, providing guidance and helping to maintain quality across the team. This role would suit someone stepping into a more senior position, with clear potential to move into a supervisory role over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workflow and act as an escalation point
- Review and check work completed by junior team members
- Support onboarding, transfers, dealing and operational processes
- Oversee reconciliations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Produce client and internal reporting
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Qualifications / Profile
- Strong experience in investment operations / client services
- Confidence reviewing and “checking” junior work
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable taking ownership
- Clear leadership potential and interest in developing into a supervisory role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, advisers, colleagues and internal stakeholders
- Experience within asset management or financial services operations preferred
