Position: CNC Turner – Setter / Operator CNC Turner Setter / Operator required for a well-established engineering and manufacturing company based in Stockton-on-Tees. Our client operates across a range of industries including telecommunications, construction, and rail, providing specialist equipment and innovative engineering solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced CNC Turner Setter / Operator to join their production team. CNC Turner Setter / Operator Position Overview Setting and operating CNC turning machines to manufacture precision-engineered components Interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and production documentation Adjusting machine settings and tooling to achieve optimum machining performance Carrying out routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting activities Working closely with colleagues to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency Accurately recording production data and manufacturing activities CNC Turner Setter / Operator Position Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Turner Setter / Operator within a precision engineering environment Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes Experience using precision measuring equipment and inspection tools Familiarity with CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, would be beneficial CNC Turner Setter / Operator Position Remuneration£Performance-related bonus structure Monday to Thursday: xkybehq 8:00am – 4:30pm 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Private dental insurance Health and wellbeing programme Free on-site parkingBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
