Operations Manager – Multisite Food Retail (Butchery)

Your responsibilities as Operations Manager

• Oversee daily activity across three retail locations, ensuring consistently high standards
• Support site leadership teams to deliver excellent customer experience and product quality
• Manage stock control, ordering processes and inventory performance
• Identify and implement improvements to operational efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and traceability standards
• Act as the key operational link between locations and senior leadership

What we’re looking for in an Operations Manager

• Previous leadership experience within food retail, food production, hospitality or a related environment
• Strong experience managing multi‑site operations or complex day‑to‑day business activities
• Sound knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards and HACCP principles
• Experience leading and developing sizeable teams across operational environments
• Background within fresh food, premium retail, butchery or similar sectors would be advantageous

Working hours: Full‑time with flexibility to meet operational requirements and regular travel between locations.
