Operations Manager – Financial Advice
Location: London EC1A
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Operations
- Oversee income reconciliation, payroll, and bank reconciliation
- Support management accounts and financial reporting
- Manage CRM systems and third‑party tech stack
Compliance & Regulation
- Ensure FCA and regulatory compliance (GABRIEL, PII, CPD, T&C)
- Liaise with compliance consultants and regulatory bodies
- Monitor file reviews and management information (MI)
- Lead internal committees and adviser reviews
HR & Administration
- Manage recruitment, contracts, and staff reviews
- Oversee incentives and team performance
- Support business planning, board meetings, and IT/security
- Coordinate marketing activity and supplier relationships
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in operations or senior admin within a regulated financial environment
- Experience managing teams
- Degree educated (preferred)
- Professional qualifications (Level 4 Diploma, Prince2, or accounting – desirable)
- Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge
You’re organised, detail‑oriented, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
