Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Associate – West End – Asset Manager / Central London Estates focus
Salary: £100,000–£110,000
PQE Level: 3‑6 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full‑time
Firm: Our longstanding client, a prestigious West End firm with a highly ranked commercial real estate practice.
Role
- Point of contact for high‑profile £billion+ asset managers handling acquisitions & disposals and L&T
- Central London Estates – head offices, portfolio management, lease extensions

Successful candidate
- 3‑6 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor (we are unable to consider candidates with less than 3 PQE)
- Working for a Top 50 City law firm or highly regarded boutique City/West End firm with a ranked commercial real estate department (we can only consider candidates coming from a ranked Legal 500 London team)
- Specific asset management experience (only candidates with this experience will be considered)
