VINCI Building has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team to support a 57-acre regeneration in the Nine Elms district of London, a project that includes a state-of-the-art wholesale facilities and large-scale mixed-use residential neighbourhood.
The successful candidate will take ownership of commercial delivery across various elements of our projects from feasibility to completion. You will need strong contractual knowledge, ideally of NEC form of contracts in order to maintain commercial control of work packages throughout the project lifecycle
