This is a brand new role within the business and would suit a Process Technical Lead or Process Engineer seeking a role where they can not only implement new processes but also highlight areas for improvement within existing systems. You will be an expert within food manufacturing technical processes and be the technical bridge across technical, production and engineering. Manage processes to ensure safe and compliant production, from raw material control through to processing and packaging. Lead investigations into deviations and food safety risks. Be the technical process expert, promoting cross functional and collaborative working, alongside coaching & training. About You You will be an expert within food manufacturing technical processes and be the technical bridge across technical, production as well as: Established in a senior technical role, focussed on process management and within food manufacturing.
