Role Overview
We require an experienced, knowledgeable, registered nurse who can work autonomously and make high level decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide a nurse‑led children’s continence clinic in the community from first assessment through to examination, investigation, diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up.
- Support children and young people, their parents/guardians, nursery nurses, health visitors, school nurses, education and social care staff in promoting continence.
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of the service against agreed targets and support the development and implementation of service initiatives.
- Assess and treat children and young people in a variety of settings including clinic, schools and their home.
Work Schedule and Location
This part‑time position is 22.5 hours per week and is based across the West Cheshire Footprint, working as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes nurses, nurse associates, nursery nurses, healthcare workers and administrators.
Who we’re looking for
The post holder must be a registered nurse with experience in paediatric care, able to work independently and manage complex clinical decisions.
