About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Belfast team, working on a diverse portfolio of private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost planning and budget preparation
• Tender documentation and procurement
• Valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Contract administration and commercial reporting
• Client, contractor, and design team liaison
• Cost control throughout project lifecycles

Project Sectors

• Commercial new builds
• Hotel fit-outs and refurbishments
• Church and heritage refurbishments
• Residential and leisure developments

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Consultancy/private practice experience preferred
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• MRICS or working towards chartership desirable
• Willingness to undertake occasional UK travel
