A well-established independent property business in Derby is looking for a capable Property Manager to join its lettings team. As Property Manager, youll take ownership of a managed portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive clear communication, prompt updates, and practical solutions. Youll be trusted to keep tenancies on track, resolve maintenance issues efficiently, and help maintain high standards across the portfolio. Managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams Arranging property visits, inspections, and follow-up actions Keeping property management records accurate and up to date Youll ideally have experience in residential lettings or property management and be confident dealing with people at all levels. This is a strong opportunity to join a respected local property firm with an established presence in the Derby market.
