A Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring objectives are met on time, within scope, and to budget. Core responsibilities include developing project plans, managing stakeholder communications, coordinating cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting on project progress to senior leadership. The role requires strong organisational skills, clear communication, and the ability to adapt when plans change. A relevant project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMP is desirable, along with proven experience delivering complex projects in a professional environment.
