Most SDR and appointment-setting roles involve cold calling random businesses with little support and no clear route to progression. We provide a consistent flow of warm and semi-warm commercial leads that every rep has equal opportunity to work.
This role is very different. It’s an opportunity to build a long-term career within a rapidly growing business operating in one of the UK’s fastest-growing industries, with genuine progression opportunities for top performers.
You will be speaking with business owners, directors, operations managers, and key decision-makers about commercial solar opportunities and booking qualified site survey appointments for our installation partners.
What we offer
Fully remote – work from anywhere in the world
Full-time, UK hours (9:00am–5:30pm)
Commission-based with uncapped earnings
OTE of £30,000–£54,000+ (uncapped)
High commissions per attended and qualified appointment
Real progression – we promote from within into closing and management roles
Training and ongoing support from an experienced team
What we’re looking for
Confident and comfortable speaking with business decision-makers
Self-motivated and disciplined working from home
Resilient, target-driven, and coachable
Sales, SDR, appointment-setting, or phone-based experience is a plus, but attitude matters more
A reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work
