Water Quality and Regulations Manager

AVA Energy has partnered with a water utility company responsible for supplying clean drinking water to homes and businesses, and they are now looking for a Water Quality & Regulations Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the water quality team, oversee monitoring strategies, and ensure operational practices meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage the water quality team, including resource planning, 1-2-1s, performance, training, audits, and reporting, ensuring effective tracking of metrics and delivery of corrective actions.
• Deliver and oversee DWI-compliant water quality assurance under the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2016 and Information Direction 2020, including monitoring, sampling, breach investigations, hygiene standards, stakeholder engagement, and policy development to ensure compliance and protect public health.

Key Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License
• Experience working with DWI and regulatory reporting.
• Full right to work in the UK
