TheOpportunity
AsanAssociateDirector,yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:
- Leadingthedeliveryofprofessionalandproject-ledBuildingSurveyingservices.
- Managingkeyclientrelationshipsandensuringexceptionalservicedelivery.
- UndertakingarangeofBuildingSurveyinginstructionsincludingcontractadministration,projectmanagement,technicalduediligence,dilapidations,buildingpathology,andconditionsurveys.
- Supportingbusinessdevelopmentinitiativesandidentifyingopportunitiesforgrowth.
- Assistinginthedevelopmentandmentoringofjuniorandintermediatesurveyors.
- ContributingtoteamleadershipandhelpingdrivethecontinuedsuccessoftheLeedsoffice.
- WorkingcloselywithDirectorsandseniorstakeholderstosupportwiderbusinessobjectives.
