Head of Mid-Market Sales, EMEA

This one’s a bit different to what I usually post.

A London-based unicorn, heavily backed by tier-one investors, and on a genuine mission to modernise how food moves from supplier to plate. They’ve built an AI-powered platform that’s fundamentally changed how food and beverage distributors operate, and they’re now live across North America and key European markets — with more on the way.

They’re looking for a Head of Mid-Market Sales to own the entire EMEA mid-market operation.

That means leading a team of 7–10 AEs across multiple European markets — coaching deals, driving pipeline, and levelling up an outbound engine that already accounts for 80% of their new business. The breakdown is roughly 40% deal coaching and pipeline reviews, 30% team management, 20% GTM and process implementation, and 10% stakeholder alignment. It’s a proper leadership role, not a player-coach title with a quota hidden underneath it.

The company has a strong name in the market and a product that sells itself to the right buyer. What they need now is someone to come in, make the mid-market motion more repeatable, and build something that scales.

Ideal profile: 3+ years in sales leadership, a track record of owning revenue outcomes across multiple European markets, and someone who’s built or rebuilt an outbound function before. Experience selling into founder-led or owner-operated businesses is a bonus.
