Site Manager – Civil (HVDC Project)

ScopeResponsible for all civil works on site (foundations, buildings, drainage, roads) within an HVDC project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily civil construction activities and subcontractors
• Ensure delivery against schedule, quality, and cost targets
• Coordinate interfaces with E&I, installation, and commissioning teams
• Oversee site logistics, permits, and work sequences
• Enforce HSE and quality standards across all civil scope
• Report progress, risks, and deviations to project leadership

Requirements

• Proven Site Manager experience on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
• Strong background in heavy civil works (concrete, earthworks, structural)
• Experience working in complex, multi-disciplinary sites
• Solid knowledge of HSE and site compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tight timelines
