With growing stock and ambitious expansion plans, we are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Used Car Sales Executive role based at our Shepperton, Surrey dealership. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling quality used cars to retail customers, building strong relationships, converting walk-ins, and managing customer enquiries from start to finish. The role involves hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing the Heathrow Car World brand professionally.
Working hours are 5-6 days per week, 9am to 7pm. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to choose between PAYE or self-employed status based on their preference.
Qualifications
– Minimum 2 years of sales experience in dealership or car industry
– Used car sales background strongly preferred
– Good general understanding of cars and basic mechanical knowledge
– Strong spoken English and articulate communication skills
– Self-motivated, ambitious and driven mindset
– Punctual and reliable (this is non-negotiable)
– Organised and detail-oriented
– Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
– UK driving licence
– UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
– Minimum age 23+ for experience and maturity
Compensation
– Base salary: £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
– Commission: £100 per car sold (uncapped)
– OTE £40,000+ for strong performers
– PAYE or Self-Employed flexibility
