Title: Sales Manager
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + Bonus + Pension
An established supplier within the construction products sector is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop its internal sales function.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales leader who enjoys coaching people, improving performance and implementing sales strategies within a fast-paced B2B environment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading a small internal sales team, driving performance and ensuring outstanding customer service whilst helping to grow sales across an established customer base.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading, coaching and motivating an internal sales team
- Setting targets and monitoring individual and team performance
- Developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Managing key customer relationships
- Producing sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Working closely with senior management to support business growth
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have;
- Experience managing or supervising a B2B sales team
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Experience working within construction products, builders merchants, plant hire or a related industry (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
