You will shape how clients are welcomed, hosted, and remembered – ensuring every interaction feels seamless, personal, and aligned with a truly high‑end environment.
Working closely with internal teams across marketing, client services and post‑sale support, you will play a key role in ensuring a consistent and elevated experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a polished, discreet and highly personalised client hosting experience
- Oversee all aspects of in‑showroom hospitality, maintaining consistently high standards
- Curate memorable experiences for VIP and high‑net‑worth clients
- Plan and execute private events and exclusive client activations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client engagement initiatives and brand experiences
- Ensure a seamless end‑to‑end client journey across all touchpoints
- Manage and develop a small team of junior hosts, leading from the front
- Introduce and refine hospitality procedures and service standards
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients as a trusted brand ambassador
About You

You may currently be working within:
- Premium or first‑class cabin crew for a leading international airline
- A high‑end retail or showroom environment with strong clienteling exposure
