Hub Labeling Manager (Multilingual)

Duration: 12 months initially
Location: Tadworth, Surrey (Hybrid – minimum 2.5 days onsite)
Rate: up to £20.90 per hour (PAYE) – inside IR35
Overview
SRG is seeking a detail‑oriented Hub Labeling Manager to support regulatory labeling activities across multiple markets with a leading pharmaceutical company. The role involves compliance, digital innovation, and cross‑functional collaboration within a global regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain regulatory labeling documents (LPDs, LLDs, PLDs) in line with internal procedures and external requirements.
- Develop and compile submission‑ready labeling documentation, including annotated labels, change histories, and comparison tables.
- Manage labeling systems and workflows, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
- Perform quality control (QC) reviews of labeling outputs to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide regulatory expertise to support submissions and responses to regulatory authorities.
- Contribute to process improvements, digital initiatives and adoption of new tools and technologies for labeling activities.
Skills & Experience Required
- Degree in life sciences, pharmacy or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English, French and German (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of regulatory labeling principles and applicable local & global guidelines.
- Experience working with structured data and systems such as Excel, SharePoint and document management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across international teams and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
