Regional Financial Consulting Director

A rapidly growing consulting business is looking to appoint a Regional Financial Consulting Director to help expand relationships with accountancy firms and build a team of high-calibre consultants across the region.
This is a senior commercial opportunity aimed at individuals who have already achieved significant success in business, consulting, corporate finance, or commercial leadership and are looking for a platform where they can leverage their finance experience, network, and credibility.
The role combines business development, relationship management, strategic consulting, and team leadership. Rather than simply advising clients, you’ll help establish long-term partnerships with accountancy firms, support the implementation of a proven advisory model, and play a key role in scaling the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing relationships with accountancy firms and professional advisers
- Meeting partners and leadership teams to introduce a proven consulting model
- Advising business owners on growth, profitability, succession, and value creation
- Acting as the lead consultant during the early stages of new firm relationships
- Supporting the recruitment, mentoring, and development of future consultants
- Building a regional presence and helping expand market share
- Working closely with senior leadership on growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
You will have strong commercial credibility, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to engage confidently with both business owners and professional advisers.
Previous accountancy experience is not essential; however, financial acumen is essential, backed by career success.
