Learning Partner (Service Design & Innovation)
Full-time | Hybrid, London Area | Estu
https://www.estuglobal.com/
This is an exciting moment to join Estu.
We are a fast-growing, mission-led training provider helping people and organisations build the skills to navigate change with confidence. Our programmes span apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps and pioneering learning across Innovation, AI and Change.
In 2025, Ofsted described our training provision as “Exceptional”. We are scaling our flagship Level 6 Service Designer apprenticeship, as well as new programmes in AI and innovation, and have been named a finalist for L&D Provider of the Year by the British Training Awards.
Our delivery model supports learners through a network of Tutors, Skills Coaches and Learning Partners – experienced practitioners who help translate learning into action. Complemented by inspiring masterclasses from leaders across organisations such as Google, LEGO and MIT.
We are looking to expand our team of Learning Partners. If you have a strong background in service design, innovation or applied design practice — we would love to hear from you.
This is not a traditional teaching or practitioner role — it is a hands-on, learner-centred, delivery role for someone who loves facilitation, cares deeply about adult learning, and can help professionals translate concepts into practice.
What you’ll be doing
You will play a central role in the delivery of our apprenticeship programmes, with a particular focus on Service Design and Innovation.
Your work will include:
- Facilitating high-quality workshops, webinars and applied learning sessions
- Co-delivering seminars and learning experiences alongside expert tutors
- Supporting apprentices to apply learning directly within their roles and organisations
- Leading meaningful progress reviews with apprentices and employers
- Providing constructive, confidence-building feedback
- Helping learners prepare for end-point assessment through mock activities and practice sessions
- Contributing insight from delivery into programme design, curriculum improvement and learner experience
- Working closely with Skills Coaches, Tutors, Programme Managers and Learner Operations to ensure a joined-up, high-quality experience
About you
We are looking for someone who is energised by helping others learn, practise and grow.
You might have worked as a service designer, design strategist, innovation consultant, researcher, facilitator, educator, learning designer, transformation practitioner or similar.
You will likely bring:
- Strong practical experience in service design, innovation, design thinking, change, transformation or related fields
- Confidence facilitating workshops, discussions and applied learning sessions with adult learners
- The ability to bring concepts to life through examples, activities, reflection and real-world application
- A learner-centred mindset and a genuine interest in helping people build confidence
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with learners, employers and senior stakeholders
- A collaborative style and the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary delivery team
- A relevant qualification at Level 6 or above, or equivalent professional experience
It would also be helpful if you have:
- Experience in apprenticeships, work-based learning or professional education
- A teaching, training or coaching qualification. If not, this is something we can support you with attaining
- Experience using digital learning tools or delivering online / hybrid sessions
- A background in service design education, studio-based learning, design critique or applied project work
Why join Estu?

You will be part of an established team of Learning Partners, reporting to our Head of Quality and Delivery, and working closely with experienced tutors, skills coaches, programme leads and client teams.
This is a role with genuine progression potential. As Estu grows, Learning Partners will have opportunities to deepen their delivery expertise, move into senior learning partner, team leadership and senior manager roles, and play a leading role in client co-design projects, curriculum development, programme improvement and the creation of new learning products.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Work on a flagship Level 6 Service Designer apprenticeship with real organisational impact
