Job Summary

Day‑to‑day audience and email management across a portfolio of festival brands, including a comprehensive test‑and‑refine programme. Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager – CRM on data management and collection in line with overall CRM strategy. Work with a variety of teams and stakeholders across the business, adapting to different festival audiences and brand identities to grow reach, engagement and first‑party data.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, specifically in email marketing and audiences, with a clear understanding of the importance of first‑party data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for email marketing – understanding what makes emails tick and click.
  • Detail‑oriented with immaculate attention to detail.
  • Confident and experienced data analyst with a demonstrable interest in deriving actionable insights from web analytics.
  • Comfortable with segmenting and streamlining data.
  • Strategic planning to improve future emails.
  • Collaborates with multiple teams to deliver actionable results.
  • Able to tweak HTML and build email templates.
  • Skilled in presenting regularly on multiple areas of email marketing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, with an eye for visuals.
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform.

What the Role Includes

  • Day‑to‑day running of email programmes for a portfolio of festivals.
  • Work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager – CRM to cover key festival moments with email marketing and propose creative ideas for wider campaigns.
  • Create regular emails and design new email templates for multiple festivals across the UK.
  • Report on key metrics to identify strengths and opportunities and inform future strategy.
  • Tailor emails and use design tweaks to improve performance.
  • Build targeted audiences for a variety of festivals across the UK, ensuring first‑party data collection and retention is central to the strategy.
  • Create new automated email journeys.
  • Run regular tests on sends to refine the strategy.
  • Support data management tasks for the Senior Digital Marketing Manager – CRM.
  • Align with a variety of teams on email briefs, ensuring each festival receives optimal support.
  • Deputise for the Senior Digital Marketing Manager – CRM when needed.
